Understand and analyze business requirements and functional specifications. Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Execute drive testing in live network environments, assessing functionalities like MMS, SMS, Data Call, and Voice Call interruptions during field testing. Design and implement a performance test framework and create test scenarios. Perform Voice Quality, Video Quality, IEC, and roaming testing using Wireshark, QCAT, QXDM, Shannon, Anritsu, and Spirent tools. Execute key performance indicator (KPI) testing, promptly collect logs, and address any issues encountered during testing. Manage end-to-end automation testing. Perform software testing and prepare a traceability matrix. Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing. Identify risks, prepare mitigation plans, and validate solutions.
Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) is required. Work location: Dallas, TX and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

IT ANALYST

Create detailed dashboards and reports to provide insights, predict trends, and track KPIs. Integrate customer contracts into AbbVie’s IT infrastructure. Build workflows to facilitate code build management, testing, and deployment processes, and enforce policies, procedures, and standards. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to design and define requirements for a Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline, enabling automation of multiple jobs and seamless integration with real-time workspaces. Create and execute test plans to validate systems, assist in identifying business processes, and optimize opportunities. Gather and analyze requirements to support the automation of manual code deployments and User Defined Processes (UDPs), per the organizational security standards. Use SQL to query databases and extract/view data structures and data types needed for analysis and decision making. Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to build, configure, and monitor solutions for vulnerability remediation.
